Improv and Coaching – Thriving in the Unknown

Lovely fun chat with Master Coach Trainer Claire Pedrick on how doing improv can support your coaching skills.

  • Stepping into the unknown and being present with what emerges
  • Trusting the moment and allowing something fresh to emerge
  • Letting go of trying to force things to go how we think they should
  • Partnership and allowing space for co-creation, surprise and magical moments

“Our overthinking creates underthinking in others.”

Coaching with Presence

If you’d like to explore this more with Claire and either me (online) or Stuart (in person), have a look at the Coaching with Presence training coming up in November 2025.

It’s just for coaches. We’ll be doing some improv and Claire will facilitate your reflections and thoughts about what you can bring to your coaching. It’s 6.5 hours training as an in-person or online event. It can be used towards ICF accreditation.

Ask me or Claire if you’d like to know more about that.
